Verdict
This isn't funny, it relies on crudeness. Schumer discusses what goes in and out of her various orifices, and she relies on the raunchiness of the topics to be the actual joke. It doesn't fly.
While sex and bodily functions described crudely could be a setup to a joke, Schumer treats it as the actual joke.
Is this supposed to be progressive because a woman is talking about sex and genitals? A comedy special needs to contain humor, and unfortunately this doesn't. She touches upon serious issues at the end, but it's too little, too late.

Review
I never find raunchy and crude funny. Where's the entertainment in 'I can't believe she said that?' If Schumer used that as setup to a joke, it would make this more bearable. That's not the case. She takes on sex and bodily functions, going out of her way to be crude. I see the audience laughing, but I don't get it. Is it just the shock factor of a woman talking about sex, dicks, and vaginas?
I don't think I heard or saw a single joke. A few times she got close. It's just raunchy observations about sex and semen, and of course puking and diarrhea. I don't care what bodily secretions are on her chest. I want to know what people find funny about this, unless it really is just pure shock value.
I've never seen her show other than the 12 Angry Men Inside Amy Schumer clip which focuses on body image issues. I started watching her HBO special, but quit after a few minutes due to vulgarity. Vulgar just for the sake doesn't entertain me, if it was combined with funny content, great. It just doesn't happen.
This special gets serious with twenty minutes left to go when she discusses gun violence and preventing the mentally ill and domestic abusers from getting guns. You know it's going to turn into a bit and the entire thing comes out of left field.
From there she transitions to Hollywood and body image, a subject she's tackled numerous times before. She parlays that into a story about Bradley Cooper, but that too relies on raunchiness instead of the joke. She closes the show with a callback to the beginning of the episode where people called her brave for posing nude. That's not something you tell beautiful people she claims.

Amy Schumer's stand up special will premiere Tuesday March 7. The performance was recorded November 5, 2016 at Denver, Colorado's Bellco Theater. Her last comedy special for HBO, Amy Schumer: Live at the Apollo earned three Emmy nominations.
She currently has a Comedy Central sketch show Inside Amy Schumer (2013-) and her debut book The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo released in August of last year.
Netflix recently announced threecomedy three from Dave Chapelle releasing simultaneously in 2017 with two specials from Chris Rock to be recorded in 2017 and released later.
