Strong Island premieres on September 15
Premiering earlier at Sundance, Strong Island tells the story of director Yance Ford's brother William. William was killed by a white nineteen year old mechanic. Although unarmed, William became the prime suspect in his own murder.
Netflix first announced they had acquired the movie in April.
