geez, but he's tall

There's an "assumed rule" of ettiquet among film critics/journalists that you don't do "fan stuff" when meeting famous people in a professional context - i.e. don't try for an autograph, a photo, whatever. It's a good rule. Film professionals - especially actors - spend too much time posing and signing as it is, interviews with journalists should be where they can feel relaxed and "safe" from all that. Times when it's okay to ignore this rule? When the photo-taking is already going on and one figures "well, since I'm here..."

Yes, he is in fact that tall (I'm 6'2, for comparison) and yes, he is as cool as you hope he is.
