Almost each and every major TV channel was in the race to grab the exclusive rights to show 2.0 on their network , whether it is Sony , Star , Colors , Zee .

Zee Cinema

ZeeCinema has bagged the rights to premiere 2.0 on TV . 2.0 has been a huge hit at the Indian Box Offiice .  Getting the exclusive streaming rights for such a movie will definitely prove fruitful for ZeeCinema since it the most expensive movie made in India till now.
It has been on a budget of $75 million (543 crores approximately) . 

Movie will premiered on :-

• ZeeCinema       on Sunday   , 21 April 2019 , 12pm . 
• ZeeCinemaHD  on Saturday , 20 April 2019 , 12pm . 

• Usually, films are shot using 2D cameras and converted into 3D in the studios. But, the filmmakers have used 3D cameras for 2.0, which is a first in India. The makers have also planned to facilitate theatres across the country to upgrade to 3D technology.
• 2.0, starring Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, is touted to be the second costliest film in Asia.

PRICE 

Reportedly , satellite rights of the movie has been sold for Rs 110 crores . This amount gave Zee network exclusive rights to premiere 2.0 in all languages . It is the highest price ever paid for the satellite rights of a regional film.
