upcoming hollywood movies 2019 Pet Sematary, directed by Kevin Colesch and Dennis Widemair, is a American supernatural horror movie. Which is written by Jeff Baller. This is the second adaptation of the novel by Stephen King after the 1989 film. The film features Jason Clark, Amy Ciematez, and John Lithgow. In this film, Dr. Louis Creed and his wife, Rachel, moved from Boston to rural Maine with their two younger children. The couple soon finds a mysterious burial ground hidden in the forest near their new home. When a tragedy occurs, then Luis turns to his neighbor Jude Crandall, causing a horrific chain reaction that gives horrific consequences to catastrophic results.The movie will be released in the US on April 5, 2019.
It was announced on March 5, 2010 that Paramount Pictures was developing a new conversion of Stephen King's novel Pet Sematary and Matt Greenberg was hired to write the screenplay. On 31 October 2013, it was reported that Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Steven Schneider will work as producers for production and Juan Carlos Fresnadillo will work for directing.
It was announced on October 30, 2017 that Paramount Pictures officially gave the green signal to the film, which was being directed by Dennis Widmer and Kevin Kollash, with a screenplay by Jeff Buhler and David Kazenich. Producers were slated to include De Bounamentura, Schneider, and Mark Vahradian.
On April 16, 2018, it was announced that Jason Clark was taken in the main role of Louis Creed. On May 4, 2018, it was reported that John Lithgow had cast actors in the role of Judge Crandall. In June 2018, it was announced that Amy Cimetz was taken in the role of Rachel Creed in the film's main female role, that Jette Lawrence was chosen as the Kritt Daughter Ellie, and that twins Hugo and Lucas Lavsey The sports son was selected as the Gage. On October 8, 2018, it was told that Obza Ahmed was taken as a college student Victor Pasco. Principal photography was started on June 18, 2018 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
